Return policy

At NADIA&JULIA, we want every order to be a pleasant experience. If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 14 calendar days of receiving the package.

Return and exchange of products

The cost of returning the product and sending the new product is fully borne by NADIA&JULIA.

To initiate the return or exchange, please send us an email to contact@nadiajulia.com with the subject RETURN. In the message, please include the following information:

· the name and surname with which the order was placed;

· the order number;

· the full address for pickup;

· the bank details (IBAN) for the return of the product value;

· what you want to do: return, exchange for a different size or exchange for another product.

After receiving the email, we will generate an AWB for the product pickup and send it to you by email. The package will be picked up by the courier at no cost to you.

Please return the product in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, without signs of wear and with the labels intact.

After the product reaches us and is checked, the value of the returned product will be refunded within 14 calendar days to the bank account indicated by you or, in the case of an exchange, we will send you the new product at no additional cost.

Important

We do not assume responsibility for damage to the product after it has been picked up by the courier. Please make sure that the information submitted for pick-up is correct.
